BARBARA GREIF
Long Island author BARBARA LYNN GREIF will be
speaking about and signing her children's book Born From
the Heart.
Inspired by her own adoption
experiences, Greif tells the story of Victoria Lynn, a Chinese
baby adopted by an American couple.
Told from the
perspective of young Victoria, the story follows the adoptive
parents' happy journey, from the paperwork to the airplane
ride to the orphanage and back home again, where Victoria is
welcomed into a life of love. Colorful cartoon illustrations
accompany this joyful story of a family born from the heart.
Barbara Lynn Greif was born and raised on Long Island.
She worked for many years in the fields of advertising and
design before retiring to be a mother.
