Perfectionist, Type-A personality Bridget Croteau had her whole life planned out, until life had different plans for her. About the Author
Bridget Croteau is a former science teacher and now teaches part-time. She is a survivor of postpartum depression and anxiety, and is passionate about raising awareness for perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. She is a volunteer for the Postpartum Resource Center of New York. In addition to her activism she holds the Miss Suffolk County title for 2015, 2016, and 2018.
